RESERVA: Ham with Leg and Boned Ham Ref#: 1328/ 1318
Click to enlarge There are two different versions of our Reserva's Ham: Ham with leg and Boned ham. Both of them have been cured during twelve months.
For the manufacture of our Reserva's ham we select, in origin, the best pieces of ham which come from the pigs that we feed in our own farm. Therefore, the additives are 100% natural and we select them very carefully.

The cure process of our Reserva's ham is slower than the Bodega's ham so we get a more intense flavour and colour.
